Conceptualizar el tiempo; no solo como una abstracción intangible, sino como un recurso físico y concreto que puede moldearse.
Una realidad ficticia,
una especie de monitoreo,
suspendido
en un estado de ambigua preservación y vitalidad de algo.
Imaginar el tiempo como un material que se estira, se congela, se desliza a través de grietas, se manipula; todo de acuerdo a la lógica humana.
En una realidad ficticia, emerge un diálogo entre la vitalidad
(física) del contenido y la sensación (metafórica) de desvanecimiento del individuo.
A través de esta idea aspiracional del ser humano de convertirse en algo, esta idea de inmortalidad que todo lo impregna de una forma u otra, que afirma ser omnipresente pero al mismo tiempo es contradictoria, parece fusionarse con las marcas materiales del tiempo, ofreciendo un contraste entre lo efímero y lo perpetuo.
En el contexto del Antropoceno, donde la naturaleza ha sido transformada, invadida y radicalizada por los procesos industriales, el tiempo se convierte en un elemento que colapsa y (es) reconstruido.
Un laboratorio, una cámara criogénica, que rompe con la idea tradicional de la naturaleza como algo puro e inalterado, sustituyéndola por una realidad posnatural, hibridada y sujeta a intervención. El hielo que encapsula fragmentos orgánicos simboliza tanto el recuerdo de lo que una vez fue como un intento fallido de detener el avance implacable del tiempo, atrapando al mundo en sí mismo.
El tiempo externo, compartido en la temporalidad que habitamos, se contrasta con el tiempo interno de la pieza, ese remanente detenido dentro de lo congelado

human logic.
In a fictional reality, a dialogue emerges between the
(physical) vitality of the content and the individual's
(metaphorical) sense of fading.
Through this aspirational idea of the human being of
becoming something, this idea of immortality that permeates everything in one way or another, that claims to be omnipresent but is at the same time contradictory, it seems to merge with the material marks of time, offering a contrast between the ephemeral and the perpetual.
In the context of the Anthropocene, where nature has
been transformed, invaded and radicalized by industrial processes, time becomes an element that
collapses and (is) rebuilt.
A laboratory, a cryogenic chamber, that draws a break with the traditional idea of nature as something pure and unaltered, replacing it with a post-natural reality,
hybridized and subject to intervention.
The ice that encapsulates organic fragments symbolizes both the memory of what once was and a failed attempt to stop the relentless advance of time, trapping the world in itself.
External time, shared in the temporality we inhabit, is contrasted with the internal time of the piece, that remnant stopped within the frozen.
